Some tips to use our mosquito screens effectively:

• Measure the window end to end including frames and cut the netlon insect screen, radium designer screen or nova curtain to the required size.
• Sew the loop tape of the hook and loop fasteners to the screen all along the edge.
• Please be careful to provide a 20mm fold all along the edge before stitching.

We instruct our customers to fix the other part of the hook and loop fastener hook tape to the frame or to the fixtures by any of the following:

• For aluminum frame: stick using adhesive
• For wooden frames: staple using hand held stapler (13 mm crown x 16 mm long aluminum staples)
• The staples are to be applied across the hook tapes at a spacing of 5 cms.
• Good quality 25mm brass nails can also be used in place of staples
• Sandwich the netlon insect screens between two wooden frames made from 1 x ½ (25mm x 12mm) reapers and bolt it to the fixtures to frames.
• This frame can also be hung as per our client’s requirements.
